City officials in Rosario said at least 19 people were still missing following Tuesday's blast as hundreds of firefighters and rescuers searched the rubble of the edifice that was in danger of collaps
"There are eight dead. The search in the rubble will continue all night string embroidery
," Mayor Monica Fein said at a press conference.
